Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Performance & Goal Management processes using SAP SuccessFactors
2. Support annual appraisal cycles, goal alignment, and performance tracking
3. Manage Recruitment and onboarding processes through SAP SuccessFactors or integrated HR systems
4. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure system-driven hiring workflows
5. Maintain accurate candidate and employee data within the HR system
6. Support onboarding, probation, and early performance tracking of new hires
7. Generate recruitment and performance MIS and dashboards
8. Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors for system support and improvements
9. Support HR digitization initiatives and process standardization
10. Enable user training and adoption of HR systems
