Job summary
The PFSS HR Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Workday People Experience and PeopleSoft SCM within the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with 15 to 20 years of experience in HR management focusing on enhancing employee engagement and optimizing supply chain processes. The position operates on a hybrid model with no travel required ensuring a balanced work-life integration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of Workday People Experience to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR processes.
- Manage the integration of PeopleSoft SCM to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
