Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing scientific collaborations at luminary institutions and driving collaborative projects leading to publications, external grant applications, and/or patent applications
• Identifying, building, and supporting strong collaborative relationships with key thought leaders in the region
• Maintaining clinical and technical expertise collaborating both with internal development teams and research partners for the development, comprehensive evaluation, and testing of prototypes and new products
• Keeping customers and collaboration partners informed and up to date about United Imagings technologies
• Drafting, negotiating, and managing research contracts with support from legal, regulatory, and compliance
• Tracking milestones and deliverables of research projects
• Maintaining accurate budget assessments and contributing to internal strategic budget planning
• Effectively communicating with United Imagings internal colleagues and leadership

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Ph.D. and/or M.D. in Medical Physics, Nuclear Medicine, Oncology Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with a detailed technical knowledge of either one of PETCT/PETMR

Experience

• A strong clinical and technical background in the field related to PETCT with a proven track record of scientific publications
• Proficiency in AI driven algorithms for PET, kinetics Modeling and/or other programming languages
• Proficiency in PET Image reconstruction
• Knowledge of novel PET Tracers & Theranostics.

Required Skills or/ Attributes

• Proven ability in leading research projects and collaborations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Willing and able to travel (30%-40%) including short term international trips
