Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executives calendar with a high degree of accuracy, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Draft, review, and manage professional email communication on behalf of the executive; leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
- Prepare, review, format, and organize correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials to a high professional standard.
- Coordinate, track, and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely execution and accountability.
- Handle confidential, sensitive, and business-critical information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Plan, organize, and manage meetings end-to-end, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, follow-ups, and logistical arrangements.
- Provide project coordination support by tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple teams as required.
- Assist with documentation, compliance requirements, and structured record-keeping to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and basic financial tracking in accordance with company policies.
- Perform additional administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned to support the executives priorities and business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance for managing schedules, appointments, and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as organizing documents and maintaining records
  • Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills for liaising with various stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant software is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred
