Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Manager to provide comprehensive executive support to the Director. The role involves managing business schedules, executive meetings, and personal coordination with the highest standards of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Directors daily calendar, priorities, and appointments
Plan and coordinate domestic and international business meetings
Handle executive communications, correspondence, and follow-ups
Support personal coordination, travel planning, and day-to-day executive requirements
Act as a trusted liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders
Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Personal Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an advantage
Location: Open to International Candidates (Remote or Relocation-based)
