About the Role

We are looking for a highly smart, sharp, and confident Executive Assistant to directly support the Principal Construction.

This role requires someone who can independently manage high-level coordination, handle critical meetings, streamline communication, and ensure seamless execution of the Principals daily priorities.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, mature, extremely well-organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding leadership environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize the Principals calendar, appointments, and daily schedule efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings; prepare agendas and ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Principal and internal teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Track follow-ups, action points, and commitments to ensure timely closure.
  • Handle email correspondence and professional communication on behalf of the Principal when required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and trackers.
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure complete administrative and coordination support to enhance leadership productivity.
Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 03 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Coordinator / Leadership Support role.
  • Candidates from industries other than Real Estate / Construction / Architecture are welcome to apply.
  • Even if you have recently started your EA career, you are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies Required
  • Extremely smart, sharp, and quick thinker.
  • Strong confidence and executive presence.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong follow-up ability and ownership mindset.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
