Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Executive Directors calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official documents on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes for meetings and corporate engagements.
- Liaise with internal departments, government authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for official visits and meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
- Track follow-ups on key assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and official visits.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Required Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Work Location : Corporate Office, Hospet, Karanataka
