Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Executive Directors calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official documents on behalf of the Executive Director.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes for meetings and corporate engagements.
  • Liaise with internal departments, government authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for official visits and meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
  • Track follow-ups on key assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and official visits.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Required Skills

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Work Location : Corporate Office, Hospet, Karanataka
