Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai for a Personal Assistant to the Director at Della Luxury Projects | Products. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Director. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for clerical tasks, preparing reports, organizing travel plans, and ensuring smooth communication between the Director and internal or external stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Experience in creating MOMs, Calendar Management, Email Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent AI tools
  • You can apply for this job if you are from Mumbai and have no issues with weekly travel schedule and extended work hours. We have a 6 days work week.
