About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end executive support. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, enabling seamless daily operations and allowing leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups and action items
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding on behalf of leadership when required
  • Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and briefing notes
2. Coordination & Communication
  • Act as a central point of contact between leadership and internal teams, partners, and vendors
  • Ensure timely flow of information and smooth communication across functions
  • Follow up with teams to ensure execution of decisions and commitments
3. Planning & Logistics
  • Plan and manage travel, accommodation, and itineraries (domestic & international)
  • Organize meetings, offsites, events, and confidential discussions
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems
4. Confidentiality & Trust
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Exercise sound judgment while dealing with confidential and strategic matters
5. Ad-hoc & Priority Support
  • Support special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as needed
  • Anticipate needs, flag risks early, and proactively solve problems
  • Act as a reliable right hand in both routine and high-priority situations
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 36 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
