Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Personal Assistant located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing schedules and diaries, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication on behalf of the executive. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and proactive planning to manage daily operations efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Fresher or Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling appointments
  • Competence in Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and document preparation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools such as MS Office
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive or confidential information
