Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in New Delhi. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide executive administrative support, effectively manage schedules and diaries, handle clerical tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support the organizations goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Administrative Assistant, handling confidential matters with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Expertise in diary management, scheduling, and calendar coordination
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Proficient in clerical tasks including documentation, data entry, and file management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
• Willing to travel at short notice; valid passport with no domestic or international travel restrictions
