Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review and decision-making processes.
  • Manage senior executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle documentation such as drafting letters, emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
Behavioural Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools

  • Adaptability
  • Time management skills

4+ years of experience.

Graduate degree in any field
