Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect (12+ Years Experience) to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs with a strong focus on ITSM, Integrations, ServiceNow Architecture, App Engine Studio, Now Assist, and AI Agents. The ideal candidate will act as the overall platform owner, defining architectural vision, driving complex implementations, and ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

This role demands deep architectural expertise, hands-on leadership, and the ability to guide large, cross-functional teams while delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions.

Mandatory Skills (Architect Level):

12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of deep ServiceNow hands-on experience

Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise implementations

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect on large-scale, complex programs

Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security, and performance

Advanced experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub)

Strong hands-on experience with App Engine Studio and custom enterprise applications

Practical implementation experience with Now Assist, AI capabilities, and AI / Virtual Agents

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM

ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design

ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub)

ServiceNow Implementation experience (end-to-end lifecycle)

App Engine Studio and custom application development

Now Assist, AI features, and AI Agent / Virtual Agent implementation

Leverage AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency

Good to Have:

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM

Exposure to ServiceNow Service Mapping and Discovery

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) integrations

Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Certifications (Strongly Preferred)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CTA-in-progress

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
