Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Support Engineer with strong expertise in Automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to provide production support, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting .NET-based applications, deep understanding of automotive dealership processes, and proven ability to resolve critical production issues while ensuring high system availability and performance.

Automotive DMS Support:

Support core Dealer Management System (DMS) modules including:

Vehicle Sales

Service & Workshop Management

Parts & Inventory

Warranty & Claims

Billing, Invoicing, and Accounting

Understand dealership business workflows and translate business issues into technical resolutions.

Support DMS integrations with OEM systems, third-party tools, CRM, ERP, and payment gateways.

Technical Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot applications developed using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core.

Perform database-level analysis using MS SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and data fixes.

Analyze application logs, exception traces, and system errors.

Support Windows Servers, IIS, scheduled jobs, background services, and APIs.

Assist with deployment activities, environment configuration, and release support.

Required Technical Skills:

6+ years of experience in .NET application support.
