Role Description

Were on the hunt for a Senior Performance Testing Engineer with 1215 years of experience to join our high-octane team! Youll be the guardian of scale, reliability and lightning-fast performance for critical applications. You will work closely with DevOps and product teams to craft bulletproof performance strategies and enjoy the thrill of outsmarting bottlenecks. What you'll do:

1. Own end-to-end performance engineering for Enterprise SaaS and AI-driven platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low-latency performance
2. Design, implement and lead performance testing strategies for multi-tenant, cloud-native, enterprise applications & AI/ML workloads using JMeter, k6, Gatling etc.
3. Develop and maintain performance test automation suites leveraging modern tools stack integrated into CI/CD pipelines
4. Analyze system behavior under load using APM and observability tools, provide detailed reporting with insights-driven optimization recommendations
5. Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, SRE and AI/ML teams on define performance requirements, SLA/SLR targets and performance readiness for production releases
6. Lead performance benchmarking, scalability testing, and resilience assessments across environments (on-premise, containers, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms: AWS/Azure)

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 12 years o Testing experience with extensive hands-on in Performance Testing
• Proficient in using performance test toolchains and APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics
• Solid understanding of systems architecture, networking, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Expertise in stakeholder management, change management and user adoption strategies
• Ability to translate performance insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience integrating performance testing into automated delivery pipelines
• Must be driven to seek intent, draw meaningful conclusions and drive value
• Good to have explainable knowledge in AI Ops or ML Ops
