- Requirement Gathering & Tool Setup
- Understand performance benchmarks and set up tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Load & Stress Testing
- Simulate concurrent users and transactions to measure system scalability.
- Monitoring & Analysis
- Track CPU, memory, and network utilization during tests; identify bottlenecks.
- Defect Reporting & Optimization
- Document performance issues and recommend tuning strategies.
- Benchmarking & Reporting
- Provide detailed performance reports against SLAs and KPIs.
