Job Description
Role: Performance Testing/Engineering
Experience : 5-8 years
Locations :Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Must have & good to have :
Mode of Interview : walkin drive(22-Nov-2025) in person interview/F2F
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Good experience using Performance Test tool LoadRunner and understanding of APM tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace/New Relic, etc.
Good hands-on experience in Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, Webservice protocol.
Should have ability to work independently in Requirement analysis, designing, execution & result analysis phase.
Develop customized codes in Java & C language for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts.
Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging & bug fixes.
Technical Skills
LoadRunner -HTTP/HTML/Webservices protocol/Java Protocol, .
Monitoring Tools: AppDynamics/ Dynatrace/ CloudWatch/ Splunk/ Kibana/ Grafana/ Datadog
Database SQL or Mongo
Unix basics
Good understanding of cloud concepts AWS/Azure
Good-to-Have
Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
