Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor application performance using APM tools to ensure optimal functionality. - Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner to identify bottlenecks and performance issues. - Collaborate with development teams to optimize Java code for improved application performance. - Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders. - Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with teams to implement solutions. - Oversee the performance testing lifecycle from planning to execution and reporting. - Ensure performance testing aligns with business requirements and industry standards. - Maintain and update performance testing documentation and best practices. Utilize domain knowledge to tailor performance testing strategies to specific insurance applications. - Communicate performance testing results and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and techniques to continuously improve testing processes. - Support the development and maintenance of performance testing environments and infrastructure.
