Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AppDynamics Java and LoadRunner along with domain experience in Payer. This role involves monitoring and optimizing application performance ensuring seamless user experiences and contributing to the overall success of our technology initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the monitoring and optimization of application performance using AppDynamics.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Java-based applications.
  • Provide expertise in performance testing using LoadRunner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and performance.
  • Implement best practices for application performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and expectations.
  • Document performance testing results and provide detailed reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in performance testing and optimization techniques.
