Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in Performance Testing with JMeter.

Good to have knowledge of other Performance Testing tools (LoadRunner, Gatling, k6)

Analyze performance test requirements and define scenarios, workload models and KPIs.

Should have/build expert level knowledge on Performance tool in context, Test Execution, analysis and Report preparation.

Should have good knowledge of SDLC, Performance Test Life Cycle, Defect logging and Tracking.

Sound understanding of 3-tier/n-tier architecture.

Hands on in analysis of application configuration, various logs, GC etc.

Prior experience in troubleshooting using APM tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.

Excellent Presentation skills to effectively communicate and present results to stakeholders.

Strong ability to deliver under pressure.

Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), presentation skills.
