Performance Test Engineer__Virtual Drive_13-Jan-26

JD Orientation : -

• Well versed with performance test tools - LoadRunner (Performance center, Load Enterprise or Cloud), JMeter .
• Understand the scope, NFR, architecture and design scripts accordingly
• Should have proficiency in any of programming languages like Java, Dotnet, Python / Database background with Performance tuning skill.
• Should have work experience with performance benchmarking, optimization and tuning
• Good knowledge and understanding of cloud concepts especially Azure cloud and on various monitoring tools like Azure AppInsights, AppDynamics or Dynatrace.
• Work alongside architects to set up the performance test processes.
• Experience in analyzing performance test test results and provide assistance / remediation to developers to fix performance issues and generate periodic reports
• Should be able to provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability.
• Should be able to perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions and oversee system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
