Performance Test Engineer

Education:

• Bachelor degree
• B.E

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter or similar tools.
• Analyze test results to pinpoint performance issues and work with development teams to find solutions.
• Monitor application and system performance during tests and in production environments.
• Contribute to the overall quality assurance process, including functional and regression testing.
• Create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Proven practical experience in scripting with JMeter or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of core performance testing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a banking customer or in the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with other performance testing tools like LoadRunner or Gatling.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
