- 5+ years in Performance Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner (LRE/LRC)
- Good to have: JMeter / Open-source tools
- Expertise in test planning, workload design, execution, analysis, and defect management
- Cloud knowledge: Azure / AWS / GCP
- Strong understanding of NFRs and performance benchmarks
- Programming knowledge: Java / Python / C (good to have)
- Agile methodology, excellent communication skills
