Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace Java and LoadRunner along with domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our technology initiatives and drive impactful results. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement technology solutions using Dynatrace Java and LoadRunner to enhance system performance and reliability.Monitor and analyze application performance using Dynatrace to identify and resolve issues proactively.Design and execute performance testing strategies with LoadRunner to ensure optimal application performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical expertise and support for Property & Casualty Insurance applications ensuring compliance with industry standards.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance and functionality.Document technical specifications processes and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate.Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all technology solutions implemented.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications
