Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta & Google Ads Expert who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns for coaching, financial, and education brands.

This is a performance-focused role. ROI matters.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Set up full-funnel strategy (TOFUMOFUBOFU)

Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS

A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Daily monitoring & budget allocation

Track performance using Ads Manager, GA4, Pixel, GTM

Provide weekly performance reports

Work closely with creative & sales team

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search & YouTube mandatory)

Understanding of conversion tracking & pixels

Funnel strategy understanding

Budget handling experience (1L+ monthly ad spend preferred)

Analytical mindset
