Pokonut is a fast-growing, science-led beauty & bodycare brand serving lakhs of customers across India. With aggressive growth plans and a strong creative testing culture, were looking for someone who can significantly scale Meta as a revenue powerhouse.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who knows the platform inside out someone updated with the latest Meta Andromeda , understands signal quality, creative scaling, audience maturity, and can push spends efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS.
This role is for someone who takes ownership, thinks independently, and knows how to drive consistent scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully own Meta Ads strategy, execution, optimisation, and scaling.
- Drive consistent MoM growth while maintaining ROAS targets.
- Build campaigns for scale test, iterate, and optimise across the funnel.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ads.
- Implement best practices based on Andromeda updates, signal setup, and event matching.
- Manage and scale high budgets with stability.
- Present insights, learnings, experiments, and next steps weekly.
- Take complete responsibility for performance outcomes no babysitting.
- Collaborate with retention team and contribute to WhatsApp + Email flows when needed.
- Use retention insights (cohorts, RFM, LTV) to improve Meta scaling decisions.
- 24+ years of deep, practical Meta Ads experience.
- Must have handled & scaled budgets of 40 Lakhs/month or higher .
- Proven experience scaling brands from 110 .
- Updated with the latest Meta Andromeda changes & optimisation practices.
- Strong performance mindset understands CAC, MER, ROAS, cohorts, LTV, creative fatigue.
- Strong ownership mentality someone who takes charge, not directions.
- Ability to think independently and move fast with clear judgement.
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on retention marketing experience (WhatsApp + Email).
- Understanding of flows, segmentation, behavioural triggers, and retention funnels.
