SocialDNA is hiring a Paid Advertising Associate to execute performance campaigns across Google Ads , Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Twitter , and Snapchat . Youll work under a senior strategist and focus mainly on hands-on execution, reporting, and basic optimization .

• Set up and manage campaigns on Google & major social platforms
• Execute targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, & UTM setup
• Monitor performance and perform basic optimization
• Deliver accurate weekly/monthly performance reports
• Follow senior strategy guidance and ensure flawless execution
• Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and tracking requirements

• 12 years experience in paid ads execution
• Strong hands-on skills with Google Ads & Social Ads
• Good with reporting, analytics, and campaign hygiene
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of optimization levers

• Error-free campaign launches
• Quality & timeliness of reports
• Achievement of performance benchmarks (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Consistent monitoring & proactive issue flagging
