Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing & Social Media Lead to strategize, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid and organic channels. The role will be responsible for accelerating brand visibility, driving high-quality traffic, strengthening digital presence, and delivering measurable business outcomes across markets.

This person will work closely with marketing, product and sales, design, and content teams to drive end-to-end campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Drive measurable growth through performance channelslead generation, website traffic, conversions, remarketing, and audience engagement.
  • Own campaign dashboards, analytics, and reporting across platforms (GA4, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Ads Manager, HubSpot).
  • Build targeted audience segments and refine campaign funnels (TOFUMOFUBOFU).
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization.
  • Lead A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to build high-impact landing pages and conversion workflows.

Social Media Campaigns

  • Plan and manage social media campaigns for brand, product, and leadership visibility.
  • Plan and manage social media for key leaders
  • Own day-to-day content publishing, and engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social listening, trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
  • Drive organic follower growth and engagement with data-backed strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for campaign assets (videos, posts, infographics, reels).
  • Ensure brand tone, messaging, and consistency across channels.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and campaign performance dashboards.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build weekly/monthly performance reports showcasing CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, CPL, engagement metrics, and campaign insights.
  • Use analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities and forecast performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and business teams.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 36 years of experience in performance marketing and social media management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven experience managing multi-market digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Expertise in data analytics, dashboards, funnel measurement, and attribution models.
  • Good understanding of content strategy, creative formats, and social media storytelling.
  • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, telco, or enterprise marketing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
