Are you an experienced Performance Reporting professional with a strong background in Asset Management and Financial Services? Were looking for a skilled Analyst Performance Measurement to join our Securities Services team and support institutional clients with best-in-class performance and risk reporting solutions.

Role Overview

In this role, you will work closely with product, technology, and client teams to analyze, build, and enhance performance and risk reports, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and client satisfaction. Youll play a key role in onboarding new clients, supporting upgrades, and translating business needs into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and construct performance & risk reports (NAV returns, attribution, breakdowns, factsheets, investment reviews)
• Act as a liaison between business, clients, and technology teams
• Support client onboarding, upgrades, and UAT activities
• Identify process gaps, system inefficiencies, and recommend solutions
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, accounting packs, and management reports
• Assist in building business cases and solution evaluations

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Measurement / Performance Reporting
• Strong Financial Services and Asset Management domain knowledge
• Experience with UAT, reporting tools, and business analysis
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Masters degree required; CFA or advanced degree is a plus
