Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Hyderabad


We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple performance channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and analytics to drive measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Strategy

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
  • Define KPIs, campaign budgets, and ROAS goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new performance marketing opportunities and conduct A/B testing to maximize campaign results.

2. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and performance recommendations.
  • Track the marketing funnel (impressions clicks conversions) and identify drop-off points for optimization.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Collaborate with product and web teams to improve landing pages and user journeys.
  • Optimize CTAs, ad placements, and retargeting strategies to reduce CPL and improve ROI.

4. Budget Management

  • Manage digital marketing budgets across multiple advertising platforms.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust campaign spending to meet monthly revenue targets.

5. Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Ensure marketing communication aligns with overall brand strategy.
  • Provide creative direction based on campaign performance insights.

6. Audience Segmentation & Remarketing

  • Build detailed customer personas using campaign data and CRM insights.
  • Set up and manage remarketing audiences to increase engagement and conversions.

7. Marketing Automation & Tracking

  • Implement tools such as Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms for campaign automation.
  • Configure tracking pixels, event triggers, and attribution frameworks to measure performance accurately.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, branding, and product teams to align marketing performance goals.
  • Participate in go-to-market strategy planning and performance review discussions.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing global Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work in a data-driven and fast-paced environment.
