Job Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Develop detailed media plans aligned with client/business objectives.
• Strategically scale campaigns to generate up to 5X revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, and ROI.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently for maximum returns.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing strategies.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B lead generation.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and retargeting campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus.
