Performance Marketing - Senior Associate (D2C)

The Senior Associate Performance Marketing role involves driving growth for digital-first brands through data-led advertising on Meta and Google. The position requires a blend of analytical ability, strategic thinking, creative collaboration, and hands-on campaign execution. The role functions within a fast-paced agency environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, optimise, and scale high-performance campaigns across platforms.

You'd be a perfect fit, if you:

love marketing and advertising.

already have 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing.

have expertise in Google or Meta ads or both and want to grow further into the

same.

are highly data-focussed in your research and decision making.

understand CRO and the value of optimizing the website to improve ad

performance.

have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including

creating and delivering effective presentations and marketing reports.

love setting big goals and taking them down strategically.

have good expertise on GA4, Looker Studio, MS Excel.

Requirements

Your broad responsibilities would include:

managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive

research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting

managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and

being able to explain the rationale for your decisions and getting their approvals on

plans

doing cross-platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing

each brand

learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to

create a high performance eco-system

delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brand's goals

understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and

landing pages basis customer behavior analysis

guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth

continuously learning and becoming a top 1% performance marketer (yes, legit this

is a serious responsibility as a part of your job and we will help you get there).
