Job Description
At WTF Gyms, performance marketing is not about impressions or vanity metricsits about scalable, predictable online sales .
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who deeply understands lead generation, funnel optimization, and paid growth across platforms, and can independently run high-ROI campaigns for gyms, fitness products, online programs, WTF Academy, remote coaching, and future launches .
This role demands someone who can think like a business owner , execute like a specialist, and optimize like a growth hacker.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Sales & Lead Generation (Core Ownership)
- Own end-to-end online sales funnels :
- Ad Landing Page Lead Follow-up Conversion
- Generate high-quality, conversion-ready leads for:
- WTF Gyms memberships
- Personal training & fitness products
- WTF Academy programs
- Remote / online offerings
- Constantly optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Expert Level
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across:
- Lead generation
- Website conversions
- Retargeting & remarketing
- Strong understanding of:
- Creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging)
- Audience building (custom, lookalike, interest-based)
- Campaign structures for scale
- Ability to revive dead or fatigued ad accounts
3. Google Ads Expert Level
- Manage and optimize:
- Search ads (high-intent keywords)
- Display & remarketing
- YouTube ads (where applicable)
- Strong grip on:
- Keyword research & intent mapping
- Conversion tracking & attribution
- Budget allocation for ROI
4. Cross-Platform Performance Strategy
- Understand how Meta, Google, landing pages, CRM, and sales teams work together
- Build and manage:
- Retargeting funnels
- Warm & hot audience strategies
- Multi-product campaign frameworks
- Ability to launch new products quickly and profitably
5. Analytics, Tracking & Optimization
- Set up and monitor:
- Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM, conversion events
- Track:
- Leads Follow-ups Sales
- Cost per sale, ROAS, LTV
- Create actionable performance reportsnot just dashboards
6. Creative & Copy Collaboration
- Guide creative direction for:
- Ad copies
- Creatives & videos
- Landing page messaging
- Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to improve conversions
What Were Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in online sales-focused performance marketing
- Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, and lead quality
- Ability to scale campaignsnot just run them
- Data-driven mindset with business thinking
Good to Have
- Experience in fitness, gyms, education, or D2C
- Experience working with CRM & lead management systems
- Knowledge of WhatsApp automation, email, or SMS funnels
- Startup / high-growth environment experience
