*Performance Marketing Specialist Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)* and Google ppc
_Location: Noida | Exp: 57 yrs | Industry: Real Estate / Digital Marketing_
*What youll do:*
- Plan, run & optimize Meta Ads (Lead Ads, Conversion Ads, retargeting, Advantage+).
- Generate highintent leads with low CPL & boost lead quality.
- Create & test ad creatives, copies & CTAs.
- Build audiences (Custom, Lookalike, retargeting) & scale them.
- Optimize campaigns by funnel stage & user behavior.
- Manage ad budgets & focus on ROI.
- Track performance in Meta Ads Manager + CRM tools.
- Collaborate with creative, content & sales teams to lift conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly performance reports.
*Required skills:*
- 57 yrs handson Meta Ads experience (FB & IG).
- Proven track record in leadgen & conversion campaigns.
- Strong grasp of audience targeting, creatives & scaling.
- Analytical mindset (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
- Ability to test, analyze & iterate creatives fast.
