Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office) / Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Experience: 12 years (Freshers with strong analytical and execution intent are welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will assist with campaign setup, reporting, creative coordination, and day-to-day optimisation under the guidance of senior performance marketers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands digital platforms, and wants to build a strong foundation in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant channels

Support the maintenance of performance reports and dashboards (leads, CPL, CTR, conversions, etc.)

Coordinate ad messaging and creative requirements with design and content teams

Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance

Assist in analysing campaign data to identify insights and optimisation opportunities

Ensure correct UTM usage, tracking, and campaign hygiene

Support day-to-day coordination with internal teams for landing pages, forms, and lead flows

Maintain documentation and campaign learnings for future optimisation

What Were Looking For

Strong interest in performance and digital marketing

Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (mandatory)

Comfort working with numbers, data, and reports

Basic understanding of paid platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) is a plus

Willingness to learn campaign tools, analytics, and tracking frameworks

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to follow processes, instructions, and optimisation frameworks

Freshers with relevant coursework, certifications, or hands-on practice are encouraged to apply
