Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns with a focus on optimizing performance across channels. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, A/B testing, and refining strategies to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team, monitoring metrics to make data-driven decisions, and staying updated on the latest industry trends to enhance campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Marketing - Meta and SEM strategies
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics and performance data interpretation
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment
• Creative problem-solving abilities to develop effective marketing strategies
• Experience with e-commerce campaigns or performance marketing is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
