About Skate Supply India:

Were a fast-growing brand selling premium skateboards, streetwear, and accessories to the Indian skate community. Were looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale our paid ads profitably and drive measurable revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Ads Strategy & Execution:

Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for direct sales and ROAS-driven growth.

Test and scale lookalike audiences, retargeting, and influencer collaborations.

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and product pages to improve conversion rates.

Work with designers to produce high-converting ad visuals and videos.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify.

Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs.

Cross-Channel Growth:

Experiment with email/SMS remarketing, loyalty programs, and UGC (user-generated content).

Collaborate with influencers and skate communities for organic + paid amplification.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in performance marketing (e-commerce preferred).

Proven track record of scaling profitable Meta/Google ad campaigns (case studies required).

Expertise in GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify analytics.

Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies.

Familiarity with streetwear/skate culture is a big plus.

Self-driven, analytical, and obsessed with ROI.
