Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead all digital marketing and lead generation initiatives across Ridhiras real estate projects, retreats, and lifestyle verticals. The role demands a results-oriented professional with expertise in ROI-driven digital campaigns , audience targeting, and conversion optimization. The candidate should have a deep understanding of real estate consumer behavior , especially in the premium and aspirational segments.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated performance marketing strategies to drive qualified leads, brand visibility, and conversions for Ridhiras projects.
  • Create targeted campaigns based on audience personas including HNIs, investors, NRI buyers, and corporate professionals.
  • Manage digital budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI across platforms.
  • Coordinate with leadership to align marketing goals with sales and brand strategy .

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube , and real estate portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com).
  • Utilize retargeting and automation workflows to re-engage prospects and nurture leads.
  • Oversee end-to-end funnel management , from lead generation to CRM integration and sales feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies for ad creative development, ensuring alignment with the Ridhira brand voice .

3. Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance across all digital platforms using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards , and BI tools.
  • Track KPIs like CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS , and lead-to-site-visit conversion to assess performance.
  • Generate comprehensive reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for management.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data analytics and consumer behavior insights.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Sales, CRM, and Project Teams to ensure lead quality and marketing alignment.
  • Coordinate with the Brand and Creative divisions to produce visually strong, high-conversion ad creatives.
  • Partner with technology and digital vendors for analytics, automation, and media performance enhancement.
  • Support the launch of new projects and campaigns with performance-based digital strategies.

5. Technology & Tools

  • Expert in using:
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console
  • LeadSquared / HubSpot / Salesforce for lead and CRM tracking
  • Excel / Power BI / Data Studio for analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with SEO, automation tools, and landing page optimization best practices.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven success in real estate digital lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels and customer conversion pathways.
  • Analytical mindset with ROI-focused decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and large ad budgets effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automation.


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Administration.
  • Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / Analytics / HubSpot preferred.

  • Monthly qualified lead generation targets
  • Lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-sale conversion ratios
  • Cost per qualified lead (CPL)
  • Digital ROI and ROAS metrics
