Location : Bangalore

The Role: Performance Marketing Manager
What Youll Be Doing
Channel Ownership
Own Meta Ads end-to-end (primary channel), with support across Google, YouTube, and GDN
Launch and scale native lead generation campaigns for Revspot clients
Manage high-spend accounts across real estate, fintech, and premium verticals
Funnel & Qualification
Design campaigns knowing that every lead is AI-called and qualified
Optimize for CPQL, not CPL
Work closely with AI calling and ops teams to improve qualification rates, call pickup, and downstream conversion
Audience & Creative Strategy
Build and manage custom audiences (CRM lists, LALs, engagement cohorts)
Troubleshoot match rates, data quality, and audience decay
Run structured creative experiments (AI videos, statics, UGC-style ads)
Iterate messaging based on qualification drop-offs and call insights
Performance & PnL
Track daily metrics: CPL, CPQL, CTR, qualification rate, and funnel drop-offs
Scale budgets responsibly while improving efficiency
Own performance reporting and revenue attribution for paid channels
Build internal playbooks to scale spend from 5L/month to 50L/month+
Youre a Strong Fit If You
- Have 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (lead gen focused)
- Are deeply comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads
- Have run native lead form and understand audience + creative iteration loops
- Know how to scale spend without blowing up lead quality
- Think in terms of funnels, not just ads
- Can look at a lead sheet or CRM export and diagnose whats broken
- Are comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks
