Job Description

Looking for a performance-driven digital specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms while delivering measurable business outcomes. The role involves hands-on campaign management, data-led optimization, and strong collaboration with internal planning, analytics, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Programmatic, and other biddable platforms
  • Monitor performance against KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion volume
  • Drive audience strategy, bid optimization, and A/B testing to improve efficiency
  • Partner with planning, strategy, and creative teams to strengthen campaign outcomes
  • Own campaign reporting, insights generation, and client communication
  • Ensure tracking accuracy via pixels, GTM, and analytics tools

Requirements:

  • 25 years of performance media experience within a media agency environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise in biddable platforms and campaign optimization
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting dashboards and attribution understanding
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and fast-paced delivery timelines
