Job DescriptionPodosphere Technologies is looking for a Performance Marketer with strong expertise in paid advertising and data-driven growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms , with a proven track record in handling e-commerce brands within an agency environment .
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads and other social platforms
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring performance targets are met.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for paid media execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Create high-performing ad copy ideas, creative angles, and campaign structures .
- Work closely with the design team to guide ad creatives and improve conversion performance.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to drive decisions (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversions).
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a performance marketing team .
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and scaling of campaigns.
- Apply strong marketing logic and funnel-based thinking to achieve business objectives.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing .
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and social media ad platforms.
- Proven experience working with e-commerce brands .
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment .
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics .
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple clients efficiently.
- Experience in ad copy ideation and creative strategy .
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with D2C brands and high-budget ad accounts.
- Knowledge of tracking tools, pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to build scalable systems and optimize funnels.
