Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience Required: 3 -4 years

Note: D2C Experience is a must


Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong performance marketing expertise and hands-on experience in the D2C ecosystem. This role requires someone who understands how to drive measurable growth through paid social campaigns, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and translate brand storytelling into high-performing campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable working with creative teams, performance dashboards, and growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Google, and emerging channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth for D2C products through performance-led social campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization.
  • Manage and scale performance campaigns across Amazon advertising formats including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Optimize product listings and content for Amazon marketplace performance, including keyword optimization, product titles, images and A+ content to improve conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives that align with platform trends and performance objectives.
  • Build and optimize audience segments including retargeting, lookalikes, and lifecycle-based cohorts.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing funnels from ad click to landing page conversion.
  • Track attribution and performance across platforms using analytics tools and marketing dashboards.
  • Stay updated on changes in platform algorithms, ad formats, and D2C growth strategies.


Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social platforms.
  • Proven experience managing paid acquisition for D2C brands.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and marketing dashboards.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central advertising
  • Understanding of Amazon marketplace algorithms, keyword strategy, and listing optimization
  • Ability to collaborate with creative, product, and growth teams.


Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with early-stage or high-growth D2C brands.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of influencer-led performance campaigns and creator partnerships.
