Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale paid media efforts for multiple

D2C brands. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong strategic thinking, and excellent

communication skills to manage clients, internal teams, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other
• performance channels.
• Own end-to-end performance for D2C brands CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and scale.
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable strategies.
• Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad
• creatives.
• Lead account-level strategy and present performance reports to clients and
• stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and scaling strategies efficiently.
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance
• marketing.
• Mentor and guide junior team members when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, tracking, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills client-facing experience is a must.
• Highly analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Mumbai-based candidate preferred.
