Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale paid media efforts for multiple
D2C brands. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong strategic thinking, and excellent
communication skills to manage clients, internal teams, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other
- performance channels.
- Own end-to-end performance for D2C brands CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and scale.
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable strategies.
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad
- creatives.
- Lead account-level strategy and present performance reports to clients and
- stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and scaling strategies efficiently.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance
- marketing.
- Mentor and guide junior team members when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, tracking, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills client-facing experience is a must.
- Highly analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Mumbai-based candidate preferred.
