We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Brand Manager - Performance Marketing who can

lead brand-building initiatives while driving measurable performance outcomes. This role

requires a strong blend of creative brand strategy and analytical performance marketing

expertise to build awareness, scale acquisition, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated brand strategies that align with business objectives.

Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads,

Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven strategies.

Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and platforms to scale marketing impact.

Manage budgets, track spends, and ensure cost efficiency in campaigns.

Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in brand management and performance marketing.

Strong expertise in digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

Proven track record in developing brand strategies and executing performance

campaigns.

Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.

Fintech experience is a plus.
