Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will own multiple D2C client accounts and lead strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. This role requires strong hands-on experience and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads

Plan and execute scaling strategies for D2C brands

Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, AOV, and LTV

Identify winning audiences, creatives, and funnels

Creative & Funnel Optimization

Lead creative testing frameworks

Collaborate with creative and tech teams to improve ads and landing pages

Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels

Team & Client Management

Mentor Performance Marketing Executives

Handle client communication and performance reviews

Present insights and growth plans to clients

Analytics & Reporting

Analyze data using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Track trends and fix performance drops proactively

Growth & Innovation

Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends

Experiment with new formats and funnels

Improve internal SOPs and processes

Requirements

47 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Strong expertise in Meta Ads and conversion-focused campaigns

Experience with D2C fashion or lifestyle brands

Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Excellent communication and leadership skills
