We are looking for a high-ownership, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with solid experience in scaling digital campaigns for e-commerce brands (preferably clothing / lifestyle / women-centric). The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, understands full-funnel performance, and consistently drives revenue-focused results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, execute and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Google (Search & Display), YouTube, Snapchat

Conduct deep keyword research & audience targeting per product/collection

Write and optimize high-converting ad copy and plan landing page flow to maximize conversions

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

Track and optimize key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI

Present actionable reports and insights to leadership

Use Google Analytics, Clarity and attribution tools to evaluate traffic quality & funnel performance

Budget Ownership

Allocate budgets across channels for maximum return

Daily optimization of bids, pacing and efficiency

Monitor spend vs performance in real-time

A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization

Test creatives, audiences, placements and landing pages

Scale winning variations through data-backed decisions

Competitor & Industry Insights

Monitor competitor ads and market trends across D2C/e-commerce

Identify growth opportunities and new channel opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business

Facebook & Google Ads knowledge

4+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns for e-commerce brands

Strong analytical mindset and command of GA, Clarity and other attribution/reporting tools

Excellent communication + attention to detail

Ability to work independently, own outcomes and collaborate with team/agency partners

Updated with latest trends & best practices in performance marketing
