About the Role

S Cube is hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own digital lead generation for new-launch residential projects in Mumbai, with a sharp focus on Google Ads and revenue outcomes.

This role will be responsible for building, training, and scaling performance marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive real business.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and scale Google Search & Display campaigns for new real-estate launches
• Create and optimise landing pages & project microsites
• Continuously train Google Ads models for better lead quality and scale
• Track leads through CRM and align with sales teams
• Own performance metrics: CPL, site visits, bookings & revenue
• Must-Have Experience
• Preferred experience in real estate lead generation
• Preferred p rior work with channel partners / developers
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads
• Experience generating leads for new launches in Mumbai or Tier-1 cities
