Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies focused on patient acquisition, lead generation, and brand visibility.
  • Identify growth opportunities across digital channels to drive high-quality leads and appointments.


Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Continuously monitor performance and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.


Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently across platforms to achieve maximum ROI while maintaining target CPA/CPL.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly spend to ensure optimal budget utilization.


Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare actionable insights and performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve lead quality and campaign performance.


A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization

  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
  • Work on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead-to-patient conversion.


Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) / Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Lead Quality & Appointment Conversion Rate


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 68 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign strategy, optimization, and scaling.
  • Proven experience in PPC optimization, campaign monitoring, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical thinking, reporting capabilities, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
