Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven PPC Manager to lead and scale paid media initiatives across digital channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI for BrandSeeder and its clients. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is deeply comfortable using data to inform decisions.
You will own end-to-end performance marketing- from planning and execution to optimization and reporting- while collaborating closely with creative, content, and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan and manage media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and funnels.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Own paid acquisition across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant performance channels.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and internal reporting systems.
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through pixels, events, and conversion APIs.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to brief, review, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives.
- Partner with strategy and account teams to align performance goals with broader brand objectives.
- Present performance updates, insights, and growth plans in a clear and professional manner.
Process & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing tools.
- Build and refine internal best practices, playbooks, and processes for scalable performance marketing.
- Proactively test new channels, formats, and growth experiments.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a growth agency or startup environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing large monthly media budgets.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
