Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (if B2B)
  • Generate high-quality leads within target CPL benchmarks.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation (using tools like WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage tracking using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion tracking tools
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Work closely with the content and design team for ad creatives and campaign strategy.
  • Improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.

  • Proven experience running CPL campaigns and achieving lead targets.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Landing page creation & optimization
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Conversion funnels
  • Retargeting strategies
  • Audience segmentation
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Basic understanding of SEO is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
