Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (if B2B)
- Generate high-quality leads within target CPL benchmarks.
- Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation (using tools like WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Set up and manage tracking using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion tracking tools
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the content and design team for ad creatives and campaign strategy.
- Improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience running CPL campaigns and achieving lead targets.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Landing page creation & optimization
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion funnels
- Retargeting strategies
- Audience segmentation
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Basic understanding of SEO is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
